The Muskoka Novel Marathon is an annual event to raise funds and awareness for adult literacy in Muskoka. To date, the event has raised almost $65,000. Please see About the Marathon for more information.The 2013 Muskoka Novel Marathon will be held July 12-15, 2013 in Huntsville. Please email us if you want to be on our notification list for the 2013 registration (you can write either at the Huntsville venue or remotely from another location).

 The 2012 Writers The 2012 Muskoka Novel Marathon is complete! 72 hours, 33 onsite writers, 4 remote writers, a record-breaking $15,000 raised, and 3286 pages written (that's approximately 812,500 words!).
