The registration fee is $100. You can pay that by PayPal or Credit Card on the night of registration through our website...or if you prefer to write a cheque, you can send that ahead by snailmail (Cheques made payable to Muskoka Novel Marathon). We need to receive the cheque before registration night.
This will not guarantee your spot, you will still have to register on the website on March 18th at 7:00pm. If you happen to land on the waiting list after completing your registration online, we will hold your cheque until a spot becomes available. Don't be discouraged if you do land on the waiting list, as people cancel at the last minute for various reasons (weddings, funerals, sick), so there are usually several people who sneak in under the wire.
On Tuesday, March 18th at 7:00pm SHARP, you will be able to register for the marathon by clicking the REGISTER NOW button on the home page of our website - www.muskokanovelmarathon.com. Onsite registration is limited to 40 writers due to space constraints. There will be no remote writers this year.
Registration packages will be emailed out to all participants on a first come first serve basis. Spots go very fast. Last year our participant list was full in 16 hours after registration opened. This year, the registration will be easier and quicker. All we require will be your name, phone number, email address and your entry fee payment. The rest we will ask for later. Mark your calendar. It's going to be one of the best writing events of the year!
