The Muskoka Novel Marathon is an annual event with two missions:
- to allow writers to completely immerse themselves in writing for 72 straight hours, competing if they wish for a fast-track contact with a publisher as well as other prizes
- to raise funds and awareness for adult literacy in Huntsville and surrounding areas. To date, the event has raised a total of more than $250,000. (As this is our 25th anniversary, calculations are underway to determine a more exact figure. Stay tuned.)
Please see About the Marathon for more information.
