About our Presenter:
Kate Arms
Kate Arms is an Agile Coach in a tech company by day. By night, she is a certified Creativity Coach, a leadership development and personal coach, a writer, and a teacher. She loves helping gifted, sensitive, and creative people harness their many passions and sensitivities and use that energy to thrive. She is the parent of four intense kids, three of whom are twice-exceptional and a different three of whom are triplets. She has participated as a writer in 5 Muskoka Novel Marathons, writing a runner up YA novel in 2014 and winning the Bum in Chair award during the 2020 QE Marathon. When she isn’t working, parenting, or otherwise taking care of daily life, she loves to go on outdoor adventures.
